Hello there. My name is Jeff Daye, though I usually go by the name of Mike (It’s a middle name thing.)

Documentation: I specialize in writing, editing and proofing documents for large civil construction projects (primarily WSDOT and and Washington State municipalites) with Bluewater Project Management, LLC. I rely heavily on Word and Excel in this capacity.  I can also put together a Powerpoint presentation that won’t put you to sleep (no guarantees).

Web Design: I use Photoshop, HTML and CSS to create, edit and deploy web content for clients. This involves staying up-to-date on changing requirements and modes of discourse over the Web.
